Spring organic illustrations

A few of my latest Spring organic illustration details. I had a lot of fun with these. Inspired by jellyfish, vines and branches I used inks, fine liner, tipex and bleach. They are available to view in full on my Society6 store. I incorporated geometric shapes around them.

The gift of fan art

I have done a couple of fan art paintings recently which were fun to do. King Boo turned out pretty good but the Captain America canvas still needs some work. Circles are difficult to get right. Some more is on the cards for this week.

The aftermath

I worked on my previous floral and mushroom illustrations and went a bit ink crazy. Some of it I am not happy with like the orchid. I am going to re work into some of them.

The inked abstract detail above is available at my Society 6 store :)

Flora

Details of some of my floral/organic illustrations available on my Society6 page.

Eyessss

I like to draw eyes. It's a good way to warm up and experiment.

Sketch and doodles

Every time I draw an animal they look kind of evil and even my figure sketches look a little dark.

Typography

I find that typography is not my strong suit but it does not mean I do not love it. These albums display some of my favorite, quick and sketchy lettering.

New designs and products added to Society6

Yay! Managed to finally get my work onto more and some of the new products available over at my Society6 page.
There are throw pillows, tote bags, mugs, laptop cases, phone cases, wall clocks and clothing you can now purchase. I am still getting used to re sizing certain work of mine because some of it looks good on certain items.

Little organic details

More details of organic illustrations I have created recently and they're added to my Society6 page available as prints and on canvas too.

Liverpool art and craft fair at st George's Hall

The Liverpool Art and Craft Fair at St George's in Liverpool in December 2013 was festive, busy and had amazing creations on offer. I loved the hustle and bustle. There was a lot of stalls and creatives in St Georges that day I went and my favorites were GeekCycled and SophieGreen.

I got myself two sets of amazing earrings. Rogue and Gambit and the words of Game of Thrones. They do other home ware and accessories too and you can find out more through their twitter and fb

I purchased these lovely postcards from Sophie Green. I definitely need one of her prints in my life! Check out Sophie Green's twitter and fb

I only went to two art fairs last year and it wasn't enough. So 2014 is the year to get out more, go to galleries, events, markets and art fairs.
